Hey Full Potential Zoners,
You don’t need more ideas— you need more execution.
Overthinking destroys more ideas than failure ever will.
You don’t need a plan for every step— you just need one that gets you moving.
I spoke with my friends at BILL and convinced them to gift you a copy of their incredible guide:
Solving the business challenges of 2025 — with automation.
Inside you’ll get:
‣ The 4 biggest financial risks operators face in 2025
‣ A new way to think about cash flow, approvals, and expenses
‣ Why automation is the one shift you can’t afford to delay
If your workflows still rely on manual steps, this is your sign.
Strategy, tools, and examples — all ready for you.
Use my sheet to follow the road-map— and turn overthinking into real momentum.
Clarity comes from action.
Momentum comes from movement.
Start now, adjust later.
Today we are going to help leaders master this by using:
‘The Start-Up Roadmap - Your Plan to Stop Overthinking'.
Let’s dive in!

How to Use This Roadmap to Build and Earn in Real Life
1. You want to earn your first $100 online—but don’t know where to start
Scenario: You're working full-time and want to make your first online sale this month.
Step 1–4:
Think about what people complain about at work or in your friend group. Pick one problem and one type of person.
Step 5:
Send a quick voice memo to 5 people asking: “If I made [idea], would you be interested?”
Step 6–8:
Don’t build a full course. Start with something fast, like a checklist or short PDF. Set a goal: “3 people download this.”
Step 9–11:
Pick one place to share it (Instagram Stories, Reddit post, Facebook Group comment). Launch in 3 days—even if it feels messy.
Don’t wait for validation. Use sales as your feedback loop. If no one buys, revisit steps 1–5.
2. You’re stuck overthinking your offer—even after weeks of planning
Scenario: You’ve written outlines, brainstormed titles, maybe even designed a logo… but haven’t launched.
Jump to Step 7–10:
Skip building the full thing. Create a 1-page teaser (MVP) and send it to a few people with this question: “Want early access?”
Step 12–16:
After 3 days, track what got clicks or replies. Log everything. What wording worked? What didn’t?
Step 17–20:
Share what you tried—even if it flopped. People respect process over polish. Feedback from 3 people is better than guessing from 30.
The only way out of overthinking is action. Don’t wait for confidence—confidence comes after momentum.
3. You want to build and launch your product—step by step
Scenario: You’ve got an idea but don’t know how to turn it into something you can actually sell.
Step 1–2:
Go to creatyl.com and choose a simple format inside the Storefront (PDF, guide, workbook, template).
Step 3–6:
Use the template to write your clear promise. Upload a draft—even if it’s just 3 pages. Set a small price.
Step 7–10:
Share the link with 5 people or post it to 1 social platform with a short caption like: “Just dropped something helpful. Want it?”
Step 11–13:
creatyl tracks what worked. You log what you learned, update it, and test again.
This roadmap isn’t just theory. With creatyl, you build alongside it—live, not later.

📦 This isn’t a slideshow. This isn’t theory. It’s a hands-on build, free online workshop. You’ll be at your computer and create it with me, step by step - live (no, you don’t need to turn your camera on)
