Scenario: You open your laptop and waste the first hour deciding what to work on.

Before ending your day, set your top 3 priorities for tomorrow.

Now, set a 10-minute timer and take the very first small action to improve it.
If your lesson is planning ahead, spend 10 minutes setting your top 3 priorities for tomorrow.
If your lesson is avoiding distractions, spend 10 minutes clearing clutter from your work area.
If your lesson is protecting focus, spend 10 minutes blocking time on your calendar.
If your lesson is tracking progress, spend 10 minutes writing a quick progress note.
