Hey friends,

If I had to build a business with just a laptop and one skill, I would not spend months building.

I would not wait until I had the perfect plan.

I would follow my top 8 habits because they are the fastest way to turn what you already know into income.

But first, here’s a quick building-in-public update:

🧩 The conversation I almost avoided

For a long time, I thought building was mostly about having the right idea.

It isn't.

It's about being willing to hear that your idea isn't ready yet.

I remember showing an early version of one of my products to someone I trusted.

I wanted them to tell me it looked great.

Instead they said,

"I still don't understand why I'd buy this."

For a second, I wanted to explain it.

Defend it.

Convince them they were wrong.

But then I realized something.

If one person was confused, hundreds more would be too.

That uncomfortable conversation probably saved me months of rebuilding later.

Looking back, I wasn't struggling because I lacked ideas.

I was struggling because I was avoiding the very feedback that would have made those ideas better.

Now I actively look for those conversations before I build too much.

That's one of the reasons we built creatyl.

It's designed to help you go from idea to something real quickly, so you can get feedback while changes are still easy instead of after you've spent months creating the wrong thing.

The conversations you avoid today often become the problems you have to fix tomorrow.

What if this is the week you finally build it?

I help people stop overthinking and start creating.

Whether you already have an idea or you're starting with a blank page, we'll build your digital product together, set up your sales page, and get it ready for people to buy.

You don't need more planning. You need one focused session.

The people making real money from what they know are not constantly starting over.

They are repeating the one thing that works while everyone else chases a new idea every week.

The difference between a dream and a business is not talent.

It's these 8 habits practiced on repeat.

Today we are going to help you master this by using:

‘8 Habits You Need - To Turn What You Already Know Into Income'

4 Real Life Scenarios To Earn From What You Already Know

1. Stop Waiting For The Perfect Product

Scenario: You have an idea you've been thinking about for months. Every week you tell yourself you'll start once it's "better," but nothing ever gets published.

  • Instead of planning the whole product, write one sentence that explains the problem it solves.

  • Share that idea with a few people you trust and ask, "Would this help you? Why or why not?"

  • Pay close attention to the questions they ask. Those questions often become the sections your product needs.

  • Set yourself a deadline to publish a first version, even if it's not perfect.

  • Remember that a simple product people can buy today is far more valuable than a perfect one that never leaves your laptop.

2. Make Time For Work That Pays You Back

Scenario: Your day disappears into meetings, emails, and small requests. By the evening, you've been busy all day but haven't moved your business forward.

  • Block the first hour of your day for income-producing work before opening your inbox.

  • Keep a running list called "Can Wait Until Later" for small admin tasks that aren't urgent.

  • Group similar tasks together instead of switching between different kinds of work every few minutes.

  • Ask yourself before starting anything: "Will this matter a month from now?"

  • Small changes to your schedule can create hours every week for building something that belongs to you.

3. Let Your Results Tell You What To Do Next

Scenario: You've been posting content, testing ideas, and working hard, but you're unsure what's actually helping your business grow.

  • Spend 15 minutes every Friday reviewing what happened during the week.

  • Circle the one post, offer, or email that got the best response.

  • Ask yourself what made it different instead of immediately creating something new.

  • Stop spending time on activities that consistently lead nowhere.

  • The fastest way to improve isn't doing more. It's repeating what already works and letting go of what doesn't.

4. Solve One Problem

Scenario: You've helped coworkers solve the same problem dozens of times. People always ask for your advice, but you've never thought about turning that knowledge into something you can sell.

  • Write down the five questions people ask you most often.

  • Pick the one that comes up again and again.

  • Turn your answer into a short guide, checklist, or template instead of creating a huge course.

  • With creatyl, you can build the product, create the sales page, and start selling without worrying about complicated tools.

  • If you've been saying, "One day I'll do it," this is a good time to visit creatyl.com and build your first offer in literally minutes with Tyl, our AI agent.

Here's how you can make it real today:

Step 1: Choose your habit

  • Look at the infographic and choose one habit that would make the biggest difference for you this week.

  • Don't pick the easiest one. Pick the one you've been avoiding.

  • That's your focus for today.

Step 2: Pick your moment

  • Think about one part of your day when you can work on that habit.

    • Before your first meeting.

    • During your lunch break.

    • Before you finish work.

  • Set a reminder on your phone or write yourself a note that says:

    • "Work on my one habit."

Step 3: Take one small action

  • Do one simple thing that moves you forward.

  • Keep it small enough that you can't talk yourself out of it.

    • Share your idea with one person.

    • Write one paragraph.

    • Ask one customer one question.

    • Remove one task that isn't important.

    • Spend 20 focused minutes on your product instead of checking messages.

  • The goal isn't to finish everything. It's to prove you can take action today.

Step 4: Notice what happened

  • Before your day ends, stop for one minute and ask:

    • Did taking that small step feel easier than I expected?

    • What slowed me down?

    • What made it easier to get started?

  • Write down one thing you learned.

Step 5: Decide your next move

  • Before tomorrow, finish this sentence:

    • "Tomorrow I'll keep this habit going by ______."

  • One small action today is how bigger habits begin.

AI Prompt: “Act as an experienced business coach who has helped hundreds of people turn what they already know into successful digital products and new income streams.

Today, I want to improve one habit that will help me earn from my knowledge.

  • The habit I chose is: [Briefly explain the habit in your own words.]

  • Why I chose it: [Explain why this habit is the one that would make the biggest difference for you.]

  • About me:

    • My job or business: [Insert]

    • What I know well: [Insert]

    • The type of product or service I want to create (if any): [Insert]

    • The biggest thing stopping me right now: [Insert]

    • The amount of time I have today: [Insert]

Create a simple action plan that I can realistically finish today.

Provide:

  • The single most valuable action I should complete today.

  • A step-by-step plan that takes no more than one hour.

  • Three practical ways I can apply this habit in my current job or business.

  • Three mistakes people often make when trying to build income from what they know, and how to avoid them.

  • One question I should ask myself before I finish today to make sure I'm working on the right thing.

  • A simple checklist I can use before the day ends to know I've completed today's challenge.

  • The best next step to take tomorrow so I keep making progress without feeling overwhelmed.”

There will always be someone who knows more than you.

There will also always be someone who needs exactly what you already know today.

The biggest opportunity isn't learning one more thing. It's finally using what you've already learned.

The gap between knowledge and income is almost always action.

Sometimes the opportunity you've been looking for is already sitting inside everything you've learned.

Until next time and with lots of love,

Justin
