Hey Full Potential Zoners,
If you think leadership is about control, you're wrong.
It's about creating value.
The best leaders don’t just manage.
They make people better. They make work better.
Choose what you’ll offer (digital product, coaching, or lead magnet)
Have you ready to go live and start earning/gathering leads
Whether you’re a content creator, coach/consultant, side hustler, solopreneur, or just tired of your job—this is your starting or scaling point.
If that’s you, this call is the fastest way to start.
Leadership isn’t measured by how much you direct.
Leadership is measured by the clarity, stability, and momentum you create.
The real question is: are you just leading people through the day—
Or helping them move toward something that matters?
Today we are going to help leaders master this by using:

4 Real Moments That Show What Leadership Looks Like
1. A team is missing deadlines and morale is dropping
Scenario: You lead a creative team, but your team keeps missing launch dates and everyone seems drained.
Say:
“Let’s get real about what success looks like this quarter. What feels unclear or overwhelming right now?”
This opens the door to reset expectations without blame.
Hold a short 30-minute reset meeting.
Break big projects into smaller goals and assign owners.
Follow up weekly with 15-minute check-ins (not full meetings) to track progress.
Teams work better with short, clear timelines and fewer layers of confusion.
The small weekly check-ins keep things moving without burning people out.
2. A high performer is disengaged and considering leaving
Scenario: An employee who used to go above and beyond has become quiet and disconnected.
Say:
“I noticed things feel different lately. You’ve been such a key part of the team — how are you doing?”
Ask this in a 1:1 without distractions.
Invite them to share ideas on a project they care about.
Ask what kind of support they’ve been missing.
Offer one small, meaningful change based on what they share.
Many people don’t quit jobs — they quit feeling invisible.
Even one action based on their input shows they matter.
3. You're trying to build trust after a tough change
Scenario: Your team just went through layoffs, restructuring, or a hard reset — and no one wants to speak up.
Say:
“I won’t pretend it’s been easy. But I want this to be a place where we can talk honestly — even when it’s messy.”
Say this in a team meeting to open the floor.
Hold a “What’s one thing you wish I knew?” anonymous survey.
Share a few takeaways — and what you're going to change.
Check in monthly to repeat the pulse check.
Teams don’t need perfection. They need honesty, small wins, and follow-through.
Most people wait for the perfect moment to create their digital business.
But waiting doesn’t move the needle — action does.
That’s why creatyl was built:

It’s easy to overthink your first offer.
But most side hustles don’t start big — they start simple.
Here are 3 real moments where this infographic becomes your playbook:
1. You’re stuck between jobs or unsure about your next career step
Scenario: You’ve sent out 30 resumes, but nothing’s clicking. You're questioning your skills and feeling stuck.
Write down 1 thing people always ask your help with.
Turn it into a sentence: “This helps people _____ so they can _____.”
Ask 2 people: “Would you pay $20 for this today?”
2. You’ve been posting online but nothing’s selling
Scenario: You’ve tried to talk about your offer on Instagram or LinkedIn, but nobody’s buying — or even clicking.
Pick one clear problem your offer solves.
Say it in 7 words or less.
Add a quick screenshot or win. Post it with one ask.
3. You’re ready to make your first digital product but have no clue where to start
Scenario: You’ve watched tutorials and saved 100 ideas… but still haven’t launched anything.

Here's how you can make it real today:
Step 1: Choose your focus
Think back to a real moment this week — maybe:
Your team missed a step.
Someone seemed withdrawn.
You felt unsure how to lead through something hard.
Pick the leadership area that matters most to you right now.
That’s your focus for the day.
Step 2: Choose your moment
Before the day begins, pick one time you can show up differently.
This could be:
Right before a check-in
At the end of a meeting
During a walk, chat, or message
Set a quick reminder that says:
“Lead with value today.”
Step 3: Take one real action
Here’s the rule: Make it small, but make it real.
If your focus is goals: Ask, “What would success look like today?”
If your focus is trust: Check in and say, “What’s feeling hard right now?”
If your focus is engagement: Ask, “What’s one idea you’ve been holding back?”
If your focus is resilience: Say, “I know this has been a stretch — what’s helped you stay steady?”
Speak like a real person. One clear sentence is enough.
Step 4: See what happens
Pause after your moment and ask yourself:
Did this open a door?
Did the energy shift — even slightly?
Did it help you see what your team needs most?
Write down one short sentence. Don’t overthink it.
Step 5: End with this one line
Before the day ends, finish this sentence in your notes or phone:
“Today I led with _____, and here’s what I saw: _____.”
or
“Next time things feel unclear, I’ll remember to _____.”
AI Prompt: “Act as a leadership coach. Help me plan one powerful conversation or moment based on the following:
Focus Area: [Insert focus — e.g., “Setting clear goals,” “Rebuilding team trust,” “Checking in with a disengaged employee,” or “Helping my team through a tough change”]
Current Situation: [Briefly describe what’s going on — e.g., “Team missed a deadline,” “An employee seems distant,” or “We’re recovering from recent layoffs”]
What I Want to Happen: [Insert your goal — e.g., “I want to reset direction without blame,” “I want to make someone feel seen,” or “I want the team to feel more steady and connected”]
Provide:
One simple sentence I can say to open this moment
A short outline of what to do or ask during the conversation
One thing I can listen for to guide my next step
A closing sentence I can use to end on a strong note
Keep the tone real and human. Avoid anything that sounds too formal or corporate.
Make this feel natural, clear, and helpful in a busy workday.”

You don’t have to change everything to lead well.
The best leaders make things easier, not heavier.
They speak clearly when things feel cloudy.
They check in when others go silent.
They show up — even when it’s hard — and that’s what people remember.
Until next time and with lots of love,
Justin
