Hey friends,
You don’t have to wake up one morning and suddenly quit your job.
I know this from experience.
I sat in my car ready to quit.
Then one question stopped me: “What would you be walking into?”:
I had spent months imagining the relief of handing in my notice.
But when I pictured the morning after quitting, the fantasy went quiet.
But first, here’s a quick building-in-public update:
⛓️💥 The sentence that changed how I think about freedom
For years, I thought freedom meant not having a boss.
Then one sentence completely changed the way I saw it.
"Freedom isn't leaving your job. Freedom is having a choice."
That hit me harder than I expected.
Because I realized I wasn't actually building choices.
I was waiting for the day I felt brave enough to quit.
The problem is that courage doesn't pay your bills.
Customers do.
Products do.
Income you built before you needed it does.
So I stopped obsessing over my exit date.
Instead, I started asking myself one question every week:
"Did I build something this week that gives me more options than I had last week?"
Sometimes the answer was a product.
Sometimes it was an email list.
Sometimes it was one new customer.
Those things looked small on their own.
Together, they completely changed my future.
That's a big part of why we built creatyl the way we did.
We wanted people to spend less time dreaming about leaving and more time building something worth leaving for.
One afternoon can change your next year.
Most people spend months thinking about their idea.
You'll spend 90 minutes building it.
We'll create your digital product, set up your sales page, and make sure you're ready to start selling before the workshop ends.
You do not need to know the exact day you will leave.
You just need to make sure that when the day comes, you are walking toward something real, not simply running from something painful.
Today we are going to help you master this by using:
‘Build Your Exit - Don’t Just Quit Your Job, Build Something First'
Let’s dive in!

4 Ways To Build Your Exit Without Taking Risks
1. When You're Tired Of Your Job
Scenario: Every Monday feels heavier than the last. You're ready to hand in your notice, but you don't have enough income coming from your business yet.
Don't make a permanent decision based on a temporary emotion.
Set a financial target that tells you when you're actually ready to leave.
Use evenings or weekends to build one income stream before giving up your main one.
Track your progress every month instead of making emotional decisions every week.
Remind yourself: "I'm not escaping my job. I'm building my next chapter."
2. When You Have Too Many Ideas
Scenario: You have five product ideas, three business names, and dozens of notes, but you still haven't launched anything because you can't decide where to start.
Pick the idea people ask you about most often.
Create the smallest version that solves one problem instead of trying to build everything.
Give yourself one week to launch, not six months to perfect it.
Ask for feedback after people use it instead of before you build it.
Remember: finished products teach you more than unfinished ideas ever will.
3. When Everything Depends On You
Scenario: Your business is growing, but every sale, customer question, email, and social media post depends on you being online.
Write simple checklists for tasks you repeat every week.
Save your best replies so you never write the same email twice.
Batch similar work together instead of switching between tasks all day.
Record short videos explaining your process while you're doing it.
Build a business that can keep moving, even when you take a day off.
4. When You're Finally Ready To Launch
Scenario: You know enough to help people, but you've been waiting for the perfect product, the perfect website, or the perfect time to begin.
Start with one simple digital product that solves one clear problem.
Launch it, collect feedback, and improve it based on real customers instead of guesses.
Use tools that remove technical roadblocks so you can focus on helping people.
With creatyl, you can build your product, create your sales page, and start selling without needing a complicated setup.
Every successful business starts with one published offer. If you're ready to build yours, visit creatyl.com and take the first step today.

Here's how you can make it real today:
Step 1: Choose your next move
Look through today's infographic and choose one area that would make the biggest difference for you right now:
Build your runway
Prove your idea
Create better systems
Choose your exit
Don't choose the hardest one.
Choose the one you've been putting off.
Step 2: Decide on one action
Ask yourself:
"What is one action I can finish in 20 minutes or less?"
Keep it specific.
Examples:
Message one potential customer.
Write your product outline.
Save your first $25 toward your runway.
Document one task you repeat every week.
Set a date for your first launch.
Step 3: Finish it before you plan anything else
Before watching another video, buying another course, or making another plan...
Complete the action you wrote down.
Don't try to finish your entire business today.
Just finish one real step.
Step 4: Notice what changed
When you're done, ask yourself:
Did this move me closer to leaving my job?
What felt easier than I expected?
What's the next small step now that this one is finished?
Small progress makes tomorrow's work much easier.
Step 5: End the day with one sentence
Before you go to bed, complete this sentence:
"Today I stopped waiting and started by ______."
Then decide what your next small step will be tomorrow. One completed action is always worth more than another day of planning.
AI Prompt: “Act as a business coach and accountability partner. Help me choose the single most valuable action I can complete today that moves me closer to leaving my job by building my own thing first.
My Current Situation: [Describe your job, business, audience, income, and where you feel stuck.]
The Area I Chose to Work On Today: [Build my runway / Prove my idea / Create better systems / Choose my exit]
Time I Have Available Today: [Insert the amount of time you realistically have.]
My Biggest Challenge Right Now: [Describe what's slowing you down, such as fear, lack of time, too many ideas, not knowing what to build, or not having customers.]
My Goal By The End Of Today: [Describe what you want to have finished.]
Provide:
The one highest-impact task I should complete today.
Break that task into simple steps I can finish in order.
Tell me which step I should do first if I only have 20–30 minutes.
Point out anything I'm overthinking or doing that doesn't move me forward.
Give me one simple sentence I can repeat if I start doubting myself.
Tell me what "done" looks like today so I know when to stop planning and start taking action.
Finish with the next small step I should take tomorrow if I complete today's challenge.”

The worst time to make a big life decision is when you're exhausted, frustrated, or angry.
Most people dream about the day they can finally walk away.
Very few spend enough time building what they'll walk toward.
Real freedom doesn't begin when you quit your job. It begins the day you stop depending on it as your only option.
When the time comes to leave, you won't need courage to jump, you'll simply be ready.
Until next time and with lots of love,
Justin
