Let’s get to it…
Every team problem is a leadership problem.
Vision without structure fails— structure makes it real.
Most leaders focus on what’s urgent.
The best leaders build a simple system they can run every day.
This free session solves that — by skipping the fluff and getting right to work.
In just this live session tomorrow (Thursday), you’ll:
Make a digital product you’re proud of
Set up your sales page, checkout, and everything ready to launch
Leave with something ready to earn from over and over
🎁 HUGE bonuses for those who attend live
There will be no slide show - be in front of your computer, and we are building this live together.
Send this to your team and ask: “Where are we strong? Where are we weak?”
Strong leadership isn’t one skill.
It’s a system—built one area at a time.
Today we are going to help leaders master this by using:
‘The Leadership Planner'.
Let’s dive in!

3 Common Scenarios as a Leader
1. A high performer suddenly disengages
Scenario: Your top team member stops speaking up in meetings and avoids taking initiative.
Invite them for a quick 1:1, not to “check in” but to listen deeply.
Say:
“I’ve noticed a shift lately. I’m not here to fix it, I just want to understand it. What’s been on your mind lately?”
Don’t rush to solve. Give space. People open up when they feel seen, not studied.
Follow up with:
“Would it help if we reset a few expectations or moved things off your plate while you figure this out?”
It combines psychological safety, performance management, and personal development.
You're not applying pressure—you’re rebuilding trust quietly.
2. Two departments can’t agree on a shared project
Scenario: Marketing and product are blaming each other for missed launch dates.
Bring both leads into the same room and set a tone of unity, not blame.
Say:
“We’re not here to pick sides—we’re here to solve one shared problem: how do we launch without delays, together?”
Ask each to explain their needs using this structure:
What do you need?
Why does it matter?
What’s one thing you’re willing to do differently to make this easier on the other team?
End by writing shared goals and assigning joint accountability.
This combines conflict resolution, communication skills, and strategic planning into one shared win.
3. Your team is burnt out but not saying anything
Scenario: People keep showing up, but energy is low and no one’s talking about it.
Open your next team meeting with a slide that just says:
“How are we really doing?”
Go first. Say:
“I’ll be honest—I’m running on fumes. If you feel the same, this is a safe space to say so. Let’s be real about what’s working and what’s too much.”
Invite quick anonymous votes or sticky notes with answers to:
What part of your job gives you energy?
What’s draining you right now?
What do you wish we’d stop doing?
This blends psychological safety, personal development, and team management—and models honesty without fear.

You don’t need 100 ideas. You just need one good one.
This infographic breaks the process down.
Here is a simple way you can actually use it in your day — whether you're just starting or ready to sell this week.
Scenario:
You chose your product idea and just want to get it live and earning — fast.
Go to creatyl.com and open your free account.
Choose “Sell Digital Product”, paste in your idea, and let the AI help fill in the rest.
Then use the One-Line Offer step in the image — but test it inside creatyl’s platform by previewing how it looks on your product page.
Extra tip: Add a quick Loom or Canva video explaining your idea — even a scrappy one can raise trust and sales fast.

Here's how you can make it real today:
Step 1: Pick your focus
Think back to something that felt off this week:
A tense moment, unclear expectations, silence in a meeting, or a small misstep you haven’t addressed.
Now scan The Leadership Planner and pick one section that could have helped:
That’s your focus for today.
Step 2: Choose your moment
Pick one point in your day where you'll put it into action.
Could be:
After a team meeting
During a 1:1
When replying to a message
At the start or end of your workday
Set a reminder that says:
“Lead that moment better.”
Step 3: Make one leadership move
Do something tied to the section you chose. Keep it small and visible.
Here are a few examples:
If you chose Communication: Check for understanding with “What do you think I meant by that?”
If you chose Conflict Resolution: Say “Here’s where I could’ve handled that better. Can we talk it through?”
If you chose Change Management: Explain the “why” behind a shift, even if it seems obvious.
If you chose Psychological Safety: Ask “What’s one thing we’re not saying that we should?”
If you chose Team Management: Clarify one person’s role or next step so it’s crystal clear.
Step 4: Notice what happened
After you act, pause for 60 seconds and ask:
Did things feel more clear, calm, or connected?
Did the other person respond differently than usual?
Would you do it that way again?
Step 5: End with this line
Before your day ends, write this down:
“Today, I led better by ____________.”
or
“Next time it happens, I’ll try ____________.”
AI Prompt: “Act as a leadership coach. Help me prepare to show up better in one key moment at work today based on the following details:
Focus Area: [Insert focus from The Leadership Planner, e.g., “Communication Skills” or “Conflict Resolution”]
Situation: [Insert context, e.g., “Team meeting where people talk over each other” or “Follow-up with a team member who missed a deadline”]
What I Want to Improve: [Insert the leadership action, e.g., “Create clarity,” “Address the tension,” “Make the next step clear”]
Time of Day: [Insert when the moment will happen, e.g., “Morning standup” or “1:1 later today”]
Give me:
A simple step-by-step plan for how to handle that moment
Exact words I can say or ask during the moment
One small reminder I can keep in mind before I act
One reflection question I can ask myself after it’s over
Keep the plan short, clear, and easy to follow. I want to lead this moment better without overthinking it.”

Most leadership happens in the in-between.
Not during the big speeches or the bold decisions — but in how you show up on a random Tuesday.
When you choose to listen, to adjust, to speak clearly, or to hold the line.
This planner gives you the structure — but the courage is yours.
Your next small move might be the one they remember.
Until next time and with lots of love,
Justin
