Scenario 1: You Want to Improve Team Collaboration
Goal Methods: CLEAR Goals, Personal Development Plans
Start with CLEAR:
Set a Collaborative goal like “Complete project X as a team by end of Q2,” and make it Emotional by tying it to team success.
Use Personal Development Plans:
Have each team member outline their strengths, short-term goals, and an action step they can own.
Refine regularly:
Encourage Refinable goals and review progress together during team check-ins.
Scenario 2: You’re Launching a New Product
Goal Methods: SMART Goals, OKRs
Start with SMART:
Set a goal like “Launch product Y by August 1 with 1,000 users in the first month.”
Build OKRs:
Objective: Launch successfully.
Key Results: Complete testing by July, publish 3 launch campaigns, gain 1,000 users.
Check for relevance:
Make sure every task ties back to launch success, not just busywork.

Use the WOOP Model:
Wish: “Deliver a confident, clear pitch.”
Outcome: Stakeholder buy-in.
Obstacle: Nerves, unclear messaging.
Plan: Practice, use visuals.
Build a Vision Board:
Add 2–3 images or notes that remind you what success looks like—confidence, clarity, connection.
Keep it visible:
Use it as a mental anchor before the meeting.
